I already paid for this product. Now when I'm trying to complete taxes it shows I did not pay. My credit card shows I paid and I have email confirmation that i paid.

I paid for the product but then, like in my case, I had to pay additional for the state filing.   It is possible this is what you  are getting.  It is more like a fee to file vs buying the Turbo tax program.
