 You are initially charged for the processing of the 2nd state, but that cost does not include the E-file for any state.

You can avoid the state e-file fee if you print, sign and mail the state return instead of e-filing it.

There is no human support and the answers you give don't appear to understand that there are humans on the other end of this interface! Your coders don't know how to deal with people and what infuriates us! I'll never use this online product again and I couldn't even find out how to download the **bleep** thing! Next year I'm definitely going to a tax person after I make sure they don't use Intuit!
