I already paid a few months ago for Turbo Tax and now they're trying to charge me again before I am able to file. Can anyone help me move forward???

I paid for my taxes back in April of this year, but now that I'm filing after the extension, Turbo Tax website will not let me file my taxes without paying again.  How can I resolve this ASAP?

Ok ... what did you already pay for ?    Did you start a return using the ONLINE or DOWNLOADED version ?   Did you upgrade since you filed the extension requiring you to pay for the upgrade ?   Check your fees in the FILE tab step 1.

Paying for what again?  How much?  The Tax Due or the Turbo Tax fees?  Did you maybe buy the Desktop program but ended up using the Online version?  Or had to upgrade to a higher version or added a state return or some other service?
