I already filed my taxes and realized that I can get a discount because I'm a USAA member. I'd like to resolve that and receive my discount.

I just went through this exact process. You need to wait until your TurboTax payment posts (they can't amend anything before everything is finalized). Once it is processed, you can give customer service a call, tell them your situation, and they will give you the discount. They told me the discount takes 3-4 weeks to process. I hope that helps!
