I already entered 1099-B and W-2 information. Do I need to enter 3922?

I already entered 1099-B and W-2 information. Do I still need to enter 3922? If so, where exactly?

I recommend you enter the Form-3922 information.  It is entered at the same time you enter the 1099-B information, so you will need to revisit that section.  You will also need to indicate that you have employer stock, indicate that it is an ESPP, and go through the step-by-step entry.
