If you have not e-filed yet you can go back to MY INFO to make changes to the way you entered your name. If you already e-filed then all you can do is wait to see if the return is accepted or rejected. If it rejects then fix it and re-file. Adding "jr." is unlikely to make any difference at all. The IRS only uses the first few letters of your name---they use your SSN.
