Husband died in oct. 28th do i still file joint this year and can i still use turbotax

Yes you can use TurboTax.  You would file your 2017 tax return as Married Filing Jointly since your spouse passed away during the year.  When entering his personal information be sure to indicate that he passed away where asked and the date of passing in the My Info section of the program.
