Hurricane Harvey 401k withdrawl. Year 2.

If we took a early withdrawal from 401k due to hurricane Harvey and spread the tax over three years, how do we report this second year taxes?

If you took a qualified disaster distribution from your 401k, enter the amount you are reporting this year in the Income section under Retirement Plans (1099-R). Enter all the information as if you received a 1099-R this year. You will reach the screen Was this a Qualified Disaster Distribution? Check yes, and proceed with the interview.
