HSA question

If you worked with a employer that allowed you to contribute to the HSA at the beginning of the year however you switched employers in the middle of the year that does not have a high deductible plan, what is the maximum HSA contribution? (assuming your switched employers mid-year)

It depends on whether you had an Individual Policy or a Family Policy, and it depends on exactly how many months you had the HDHP.  The 2019 HSA contribution level maximum was $3,500 for individual coverage, and $7,000 for family coverage in 2019.  Your maximum contribution would be the # months with a HDHP/12 x maximum contribution.
