HSA employer contribution how to file

I just have the "employer tax free contributions " for my HSA (no personal contributions, just my employer witholding). Do I still need to report that separately or is filling out the W2 enough? Just asking if I can skip the turbotax premium option.

HSA contribution is reported in box 12 of your W-2 with the code W. You don't need to report it again on your return.

You do need to complete form 8889. if you don't the amount will be treated as taxable income and you won't be able to e-file. the form is in the same tab as the W-2 under less common income. The employer contributions will flow to line 9 of the form so you enter nothing on line 2
