HSA 1099SA - How to enter HSA distribution if you didn't have HDPP insurance plan in last 2-3 years

I had HSA account in 2020 and do not have high deductible insurance plan any longer. However, still used money from old HSA account for qualified medical use. Turbo Tax doesn't give option to enter HSA distribution as I did not have HDPP Plan in both 2023 and 2022. How to enter HSA distribution if you didn't have HDPP insurance plan in last 2-3 years

You would only need to have a HDHP High Deductible Health Plan to make contributions.

If the distribution was used for medical expenses, the distribution is not taxed.
