I didn't see it listed in my test return either. But you can still open it. Click on Open Forms at the top of the left column. Then find it in the US listing of forms
In desktop versions:
Line 42 exemption amount is $4,050 multiplied by line 6d on the 1040 if line 38 is $156,900 or less. If it is adjusted, you can see the worksheet by selecting the quickzoom to worksheet link on the line 42 on the 1040, in Forms mode (upper right corner of your screen).
Line 79 amount is computed on Form 2210. You can see that computation on the Form 2210 in Forms mode. Scroll list of forms on the left and select to load the form on the right.
I see you found the answer unhelpful. Can you clarify?
And you have an amount listed on line 79? If so, select forms mode and place your cursor on line 79. Right click and select the data source from the short cut menu
For line 79 penalty. You might be able to eliminate it or at least reduce it. You can go to Federal Taxes tab or Personal tab, under Other Tax Situations and select Start by the Underpayment Penalties. You will answer a series of questions that may reduce or eliminate the penalty. Or you can elect to have the IRS figure the penalty for you. It's form 2210.
It's under
Federal Taxes or Personal (for H&B/Self Employed version)

Underpayment Penalties - Click the Start or update button
If you have the desktop program you can switch to Forms Mode (click forms in the upper right (left for Mac)) and open the 2210 form.
ps....I had a refund once and still had a penalty for not paying in evenly during the year.
