It says you're using TT online. If that's the case, the easiest thing might just be to use a different computer to finish your work, or at least until this computer is working again.
If you are actually using a downloaded version running on your local computer, you can still take your tax files and move them to a different computer and install TT there--assuming you can be successful then.
Another possibility is that if you delete all your cookies etc, the install might just work. That's usually in the troubleshooting protocol for errors like this, although I did read recently that a Windows 11 update was hanging with an error like that also?!
