How to update email address in My Info? I am sent in circles because there is no field for email address in My Info.

I am on the page titled "We need more information for your order." The page says "Go back to the My Info section...." to add email. However, there is no email field in the "My Info" section. The program is not allowing me to proceed with filing my taxes.

Click on Intuit Account located in the bottom left of the online program screen.  Click on Sign in & security to verify your email address for the TurboTax account.

My email address shows in my Intuit account. The problem is with TurboTax. There is no field to enter email address in My Info.

I am having the same issue.

 

I can't complete my filing until I add my email address but there is NO FIELD for it!!

Hi, I'm having the same issue. 

 

My email is already in the intuit system and is verified. 

 

TurboTax is asking for my email in the filing section, but there is no field to input it. This is annoying.

 

Could I please have help?

I am having the same problem, i verified my email and phone as instructed and tried resubmitting but still getting same message saying i have not provided email.

I just had this with a customer,  he was using deluxe but did not need it.  I was able to switch him to free edition and it stopped.  

 

Under tax tools  the option was there,  If it there for you it might work,  Otherwise this issue has been reported and they are currently working on it.

I'm having the same issue, been going in circles for the past hour and have been unable to file because it keeps asking me for my email. Please help this is extremely frustrating

Super it appears they have the same bug again this year!   I have been trying for the past hour, email and phone has been verified.   I see others are experiencing the same hope it gets fixed soon.

It's also happening to me- very annyoing.
