How to talk/chat/email with a human? The automated "help" is worthless. Trying to respond to a text I got from turbotax, and keep getting directed to the "community"?

I need info specific to my account, not general community info

No one in the user forum can access your account.

 

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
