How to stop turbo tax from rounding data? 3 payments to state estimated tax of 261.50, turbo tax rounded them up to 262, state won't accept return cuz amt don't match

Enter 261.50,261,261.5,261 and the result will be 1046 which is what you want. 

This wont work because the four payments are 261.50, 261.50, 261.50, and 270, for a total 1054.50

Enter $261, $262 and $261.  Either the IRS will refund the 50 cents (unlikely) or you will lose it, but it will accept the total.

The whole four payments were 261.50, 261.50, 261.50, and 270, total 1054.50.  I tried to efile, but state is rejecting my return because turbo tax rounded the payments and now they dont match what the state has on file

You can enter the amounts as whole numbers in TurboTax to avoid having the program round them. @ricemoney
