How to resolve rejection IND-507

I received a rejection IND-507. One of my dependants was claimed when the other parent was not current on child support and without a form 8332 from me. Do you suggest that I include this information with my paper-filed tax return? Is there anything else that I should include at this time such as the court order, parenting plan etc? I guess the question is, what exactly do they look at in deciding the tiebreaker. Both children live with me for more than half of the year and I provide more than 50% of their support.  Thank you so much

File on paper. Add nothing to the return.  Have the court order and other stuff ready if the IRS asks for it. It will be a looong waaait for the refund.
