How to remove form 8959, there is no additional medicare tax

This didn't work for me. After deleting the form, it just comes right back.

Is IRS form 8959 computing an Additional Medicare Tax and forwarding it to Schedule 2 of the 1040?

If it is computing such a tax, that may be why you cannot delete the form.
