How to read message from Turbotax specialist?

I spoke with a TurboTax agent by phone yesterday regarding my 2024 return prepared with Turbotax Home & Business, Desktop Version. After the call, I received an email that there's a message from the agent, and that I should login to my account on Intuit to read it. After logging into Intuit, there's a "We're glad you're here" screen. After clicking "Got it," some choices appear about my tax situation, such as Self Employed, Own or Rent, etc. and then "Comfortable preparing return on my own, etc." Then a page loads to purchase Turbotax online, but I already have the Desktop version for 2024. I have looked all over the place, but do not see any place to read the message that's mentioned in the email from Turbotax. So my question is how a Turbotax Desktop user can find and read such a message on the Intuit website, when it doesn't recognize that I have already purchased the product. I also confirmed in my profile with Intuit that my Desktop version of 2024 Home & Business is registered properly. There's a disconnect between Online and Desktop, and I cannot get past the online version sales page. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.

You're right. There are 2 separate products and they do not necessarily connect with each other. After you login to your online account, at the right top of the screen there is bell icon. Click on this and see if you have any messages. Actually I don't know why if they send you an email they can't just include the message in the email. It would make it easier on everybody.
