How to override incorrect data imported from last year's turbo tax file?

When I prepared my turbo tax state filing last year, I indicated that I was going to apply my refund as an estimated filing.  Before filing my paper return to the State, I decided to take my refund, rather than leave as a 2022 estimated.  However, I forgot to go back into turbo tax and change that I was actually taking the refund in cash.  This year I imported data from my prior year's file, including the state refund that was supposed to be applied as an estimate in 2022.  Since I actually took the refund, I am trying to go in and change the Tax Payment worksheet to override the transferred refund as an estimate to 0 instead of the amount imported.  The program will not let me override the imported amount.  I tried changing It on Tax Payments Worksheet Line 6 State from the imported amount to zero.  Again, it didn't work.  Do I need to change it somewhere else?  Is there a control key or something else that will allow overriding imported data that was not correct in the prior year's file?  HELP!

To enter, change or delete a refund from the prior year applied to this years taxes (Federal, State, Local) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Other Income Taxes, click on the start or update button

On the next screen select the options under 2021 Refund Applied to 2022

Or enter refund applied to this year in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to refund applied to this year
