How to make your account not personal business account. I’m getting all these questions that I never got before and now I’m stuck on why I keep getting so many questions

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2023 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

What kind of income are you entering?  We cannot see your account or your tax return.   Did you receive a W-2 -- or some other kind of tax document?   Did you receive self-employment income on a 1099NEC?   Did you work as an independent contractor?    If so, you need to prepare a Schedule C for your business expenses.
