How to maintain an override entry, when TBx wants to revise it before E-filing.

I E-Filed my federal and two state tax filings (and paid $50 for the states).  They were all rejected.  The two state submissions were rejected based on the Federal 1040 rejection.

The issue is I file a Schedule-H  for in-home domestic employment.  TBx automatically places my name in the employer entry on the form, but the EIN number is not associated with my name, but the business name I used when applying for the EIN.

The 1040 submission was rejected based on the employer name not matching the federal files associated with the EIN.  I tried to override the employer name in TBx, but TBx will not allow me to E-File the forms with the existing override.

Is there a way to by-pass the TBx check and get the files, re-submitted?

Thanks.
