How to jump to a specific tax form in TurboTax?

I am using the desktop version of TurboTax on a Mac computer. When I click on the Forms icon in the menu bar, the forms panel opens. But the forms do not appear in alphabetical order, so finding a form by sight is a hunt-a-peck exercise. Is there any way to jump to a specific tax form by form name or form number? Thx

I do not have a MAC computer, but I believe the process is very similar.

  • Go into the FORMs Mode
  • In the Banner above the red circle it will show
    • . File  Edit  View  Forms  Tools  Online  Help .
  • Select Forms
    • There will be a drop down menu.
    • Select Open Form
    • A dop up will appear, and you can type a form number or form name.

I apologize if this doesn't work on a MAC.  Please resubmit if it doesn't work.

Or simply just click on Open Form at the top of the left column.  Don't need to go though menu Forms.

I don't see anything that says Open Form. Can you post a screen shot to show where it is located?

I have Windows.  But after you click on the Forms icon (upper left on Mac) and see the list of your forms in the left column.    I'm just saying you don't have to use the Forms on the black banner line. There should be a Open Forms right above the list.  So just one click. instead of several.   Doesn't it look like this?

I see it now. On Mac it is not on the left above the forms, it's several icons to the right of the EasyStep icon. Not sure you why I didn't see that earlier.  You helped. Thank you!
