Hi,

You would need to login to TurboTax Self-Employed, then fill out your personal information and go to Federal Taxes -> Wages and Income -> click start for your 1099, Self-Employed in the My Stuff section. You will need to fill out your business information, when you get to the screen that ask about import expenses. You need to login to your banking account in order to import your expenses for your line of work.

Thanks

Problem is, if I click "Finish Later," there's now way to get back to those bank transactions in order to edit them.  And there are a lot of transactions. There has to be a way to come back to it.

You can revisit the section needed to make changes by using the topic search feature in TurboTax Online. On the left-hand side go to Tax Tools>Tools >Topic Search or Topic List. Then type the section or form that you need to update in the search box and click Go.
