You just make the choice to enter it manually when you start into the 1099-INT section.
All sorts of form types have a way to enter them manually...as thousands of banks & financial institutions will not always have a download available thru a computer link.
My 1099-R forms are at a major provider who doesn't have a way to download 1099-R forms, so I just type them in myself and skip attempting to go thru the import operation in the first place..
When you first start into the 1099-NT section...the first page has a box to enter your bank at the top. You ignore that box entirely, and down in the lower right (Below the bank logo's) is a button to "I'll Type It In Myself".
Hit that button..
