- Login to Turbo Tax
- Under Tax Home scroll down and click Upgrade.
- On the next screen, choose the program you may need to finish your return.
You may also do the following steps:
- Login to Turbo Tax.
- Under Tax Home, scroll down and click Tax Tools,
- Scroll down and click Clear and Start Over (Note: Clear and Start over deletes all or most of the information)
