How to get a state e-file download that I purchased

TurboTax support for state e-file is unbelievably bad. After many attempts yesterday to purchase a state e-file, I gave up and waited a couple of hours to get a phone call during which time I purchased 2 state e-file downloads, California and Louisiana. Now that I'm trying to actually make the e-file those downloads are not in my TurboTax. When I look on my TurboTax account I see those 2 downloads but there is no button to download them like others. When I call the help desk I get caught in a continuous recycle. 8 times so far; so I gave up mad.

I've reported your issue to TurboTax Moderators for their assistance.  (Thanks for the screenshot...very helpful).

So sorry you've had such a frustrating experience.  Hopefully someone will respond to you here or by email in the very near future.  Thanks for your patience.  8 times!  Wow!

If you are still helping I have the same issue with the 2022 Louisiana download.  After 11/2 hours with a support rep who never understood the problem they sent me another download.  Now both appear on my account but neither offers a download button.  The rep could see my screen and never understood the problem saying it was my computer's firewall.  So I redownloaded a previous file that has the button without having to turn off my firewall and they still stated it was my computer problem.  I called again and was advised they were sending my issue to the developers yet still no resolution.  It appears you have access so please help
