How to file for a Live Tax Advice Refund?

Hello Intuit TurboTax Team,

I paid for the Expert Tax Advice service and unfortunately received far from the experience I expected.

I had a crypto-related tax question, but the Tax Expert I was connected with was not fully up to date on the topic. I attempted to share my screen to help clarify things, but that didn’t improve the situation. Eventually, I was transferred to another Tax Expert, who began searching for forms and answers—then we got disconnected, and I never received a follow-up call.

I ended up finding the answer myself via a Google search.

What I was expecting: I thought I’d be able to share my screen and, like magic, be guided to the correct form or solution so I could continue filing with confidence.

Can you please let me know how I can request a refund for this experience? Is there a specific link or process to follow?

Thank you for your help.

Sincerely,
A long-time customer
