You need to file federal Form 7004. You can complete that and then mail it by using the desktop TurboTax Business product. Use the Forms icon to bring up your forms, and use the search query box to search for Form 7004. You need to mail the form in and the address is at the bottom of the form. For your state return, you will need to research to find the form needed and then search for that form in the state section of TurboTax, complete it and mail it.
