How to figure out box C. Monthly Advance Payment of Premium Tax Credit on 1095-a form when it says 0.00.

Box B. was also zeroed out, but I was able to use the SLCSP Premium calculator to figure out what the numbers would be. Hopefully it’s a correct number. I’m just not sure what Box C. would be.

Column C is advances on the Premium Tax Credit.   If you did not receive advance payments, you can enter zero in Column C.   

 

For any month you have an amount in column A, you have to have a positive amount in column B, and any amount (including $0) in column C.   If there is no amount (or $0) in column A, leave all columns blank for that line.
