How to estimate taxes for S Corp on Extension form 7004?

Hi - I'm preparing my S Corp return but need to file an extension.  The form asks for estimated tax and payments; however, the S Corp itself does not owe any tax, correct? (The income is not passive).  Would I enter zeroes here? We did make estimated tax payments (personal).

Yes, generally, the S corporation will not owe any tax, and is not required to pay estimated taxes.
