How to enter dividends and interests from foreign financial institutions?

I received some cash as a family gift in my AliPay account (which is an online and mobile payment platform) which deposited the money into Yu'E Bao, a money market fund. Yu'e Bao paid me 58 dollars of dividends (or interest?) in 2021. I didn't receive U.S. tax forms from the platform.

I entered the 58 dollars in the section Foreign Accounts- Amounts Attributable to Foreign Financial Accounts-Dividinds. The number wasn't added to the income section. I manually entered the 58 dollars again in the section Wages and Income-Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, Crypto), but the form requires the Federal Identification Number (FEIN), but I couldn't find the FEIN of AliPay.

Am I entering the income in the correct place? TurboTax shows "Need review" because the FEIN is missing. What shall I do?

To avoid any error message regarding the FEIN, report the income under Other Reportable Income.

Please check the instructions in LinaJ2020 response in the link below.
