How to delete State tax online

How do I delete state tax online?

After I Select State Taxes from Tax Home, I see Choose State and Skip State button.

I do not see option to delete the state or a trashcan icon as delete option as Turbotax Help suggested.

Is Skip State the same as not filing state tax (state being deleted)?

Thanks for the response.

I read about this already.

On step 3. On the Status of your state returns screen, select the trashcan icon next to your state, then select Delete.

I do not see "Status of your state returns screen". I see Choose State and Skip State button.
