How to delete form 4852 on TurboTax desktop version

Entered form 4852 due to error on 1099R (fraud on IRA account). Received revised 1099R and entered it. But ... unable to remove this form 4852. (View Forms > 4852 > Delete does NOT delete it.)

 

Previous notes explained removing this form from the ONLINE version which I DO NOT use. Older post shows startup TurboTax and go to "My Account" > "Tools" > "Delete a Form." However, I do NOT have a "My Account" topic.

Have you tried removing (or did you remove) the erroneous 1099-R first?

Talked to Intuit. My form 4852 was LINKED to a 1099R form and could therefore NOT be removed by itself. Had to remove the 1099R form and then was able to remove form 4852.  Then had to re-enter 1099R info again.
