In TT mobile app there is no option to start over, and there are no options on a cell phone in your browser to start over either, I know I have tried both. The only option is to be on a laptop and in Chrome.

Yes, that is correct. You will need to sign out of your mobile app and then sign in to your mobile app account within a browser.
