How to address to Internal Revenue Submission Processing Center with FedEx 35 character name limit?

When sending my tax returns by FedEx internationally, I am to send it to:

Austin - Internal Revenue Submission Processing Center
3651 S IH35,
Austin TX 78741

https://www.irs.gov/filing/submission-processing-center-street-addresses-for-private-delivery-service-pds

FedEx has a 35 character name and company limit. How should I format the name for it to fit?

Example 1:

Company: Internal Revenue Service

Name: Submission Processing Center

Example 2:

Company: Internal Revenue Service

Name: Austin Submission Processing Center

Example 3:

Company: Internal Revenue Service Austin

Name: Submission Processing Center

Example 4:

Company: Austin - Internal Revenue

Name: Submission Processing Center

Example 5:

Company: Department of the Treasury

Name: Submission Processing Center

Example 6:

Company: Department of the Treasury Austin

Name: Submission Processing Center

Example 7:

Company: Department of the Treasury

Name: Austin Submission Processing Center

As a note, on the FedEx website when entering either 73301 or 78741 as the zip code, the city option has either Internal Revenue Service or Austin, and I've always selected Internal Revenue Service.

In the past, I would send by FedEx to:

Department of the  Treasury
Internal Revenue Service
Internal Revenue Service, TX  73301

And then in the delivery confirmation it would say "Delivery Location: 3651 S IH35". But this time I want to address it directly to 3651 S IH35 "to meet the timely mailing as timely filing/paying rule for tax returns and payments" for Private Delivery Services.
