How should I do with1099 DIV 2016 under estate of my deceased husband name? Thank you! I wait for answer.

My husband deceased, his one account was transferred to me 2016. I got 1099 DIV form 2016 under Estate of his name.  How should I do?
 Can I file his 1099 DIV on my tax return.  I do not  know if “Is it in the EIN of his estate as well?  Or is it in his SSN? “ The account is belong to his  company. Thank you!

If you received the income, report the 1099-DIV on your return.  If not, ignore it. 

Depending on the amount of dividends reported, there is a very small chance the IRS will send an automated notice later this year asking for an explanation. If they do, you can provide the details as above.
