How should I add in the form that I am not US citizen and I left the USA in July 2018?, thus I don't need to pay the insurance penalty

I was a Master Degree student in the USA  (Brazilian citizen) and I left the country in July 2018. Thus, I don't need to be covered by health insurance. How should I add this information in form to not pay the insurance penalty given that is only applied to US citizen
