The TurboTax interview will ask you questions about your health coverage but your Form 1095-C isn’t needed. Just keep the form for your personal records.

When you go through that Health Insurance section, just be sure to select Yes to the question that asks Did you have health insurance coverage in 2016?

And you want to select No to the question Were you enrolled in a plan from a Healthcare.gov or another Marketplace in 2016?

Just review the form for accuracy. If it matches what you report on your return for the health insurance portion, you do not need to do anything else.  It's just the form that tells the IRS what type of health coverage you were on and how long you had the coverage.
