How long must I expect to wait for next step when working online. I think I may be hung up. Turbo is slow?

The "system requirements" have nothing to do with whether you have fast internet service, or slow service, except for "Updates". the user is not doing updates.

If your session slows down, your internet service could be bad, or TurboTax could be in trouble ( too many customers). Try again tomorrow.
