How long does it take to save my data? It's been saving the past 15 mins

You may be stuck in a loop.  Try logging off and then back into your return.

It’s saved my data until I hit submit to file. 

If it is taking a long time after you hit submit, you can refresh the page.  If the submission was successful, your returns will show as submitted.  If it failed, you can submit them again.  @Jschill
