Sorry, but I worked in software and there's no way I could've gotten away with this answer. Can you please tell me what the formula is for the "Mortgage Interest, refinancing, and Insurance" line on the "Your 2023 Deductions & Credits" page/screen? The number does not reflect what I entered for my mortgage interest and points (only entries made). This has been the situation for years. I keep thinking it will get fixed. Yes I know that the forms get filled out correctly, but come on, tell me, why do you want this inaccurate number showing up? Why can't it be corrected?
