How in the hell do I file by mail after I efiled and was rejected. the system hangs up and times out when I try

You change your filing option in step 3 of the FILE tab so that the proper forms & instructions will print out ... however ...

This seems to be a systemic  issue this am ... if clearing your cookies or using a different browser doesn't fix it then try again later in the day.
