How does one import from last year's TurboTax Free File/Freedom return to a paid TurboTax return for this year? thanks!

i have been using TurboTax's Free File/Tax Freedom program for the last few years, but this year i am using a paid (Self-Employed) version.  however when i sign in with the same user ID my data is not imported from last year's return?  how can i import that data?  or is the Free File/Tax Freedom data from previous years not able to be imported into a paid product?  thanks!

Please try the steps from one of our users in this thread which walks you through how to import your data from Free Edition.  If this does not work for you, please comment back here for further assistance.
