HOW DOES ANYONE EMAIL TURBOTAX? I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CALL DURING THEIR VERY LIMITED HOURS

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A BETTER WAY TO FILE OTHER THAN TURBO TAX? SOFTWARE IS DECENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST

TurboTax support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday.
