If you are using the TurboTax programs, you can create the estimated tax forms, 1040-ES, to print and mail to the IRS with your payment.  Or you directly pay the IRS through their website here - http://www.irs.gov/Payments

·         Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)

·         Click on Other Tax Situations

·         Scroll down to Other Tax Forms

·         On Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes, click the start or update button

You can also enter projections for next year's return by searching for 1040-es inside your TurboTax program. Answer No if asked if you want to change your W-4 withholdings (unless you want to step through the withholdings interview first).

The IRS Form 1040-ES is here - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf
