How do you link Coinbase pro? The steps aren't adding up. It's asking for 3 things but the steps only seem to give 2 answers.

Did you follow the steps outlined here?  

 

Were you able to sign in to your Coinbase account?

 

Or are you referring to the two steps here?  

 

Or at what other point did you encounter difficulty?  Please clarify.
