How do you get in touch with TurboTax? Their phone calls aren't working and end immediately. How do I contact tech support???

The website isn't working. I have to manually enter a date on a review question, and every time I do that, the page reloads and goes back to the same prompt. I don't know how to proceed. I can't get in touch with anyone on the phone and it just says that they'll call me back. But then their calls end immediately or there's nobody on the other line and then it ends.

A date for what exactly?  You might have to go back to the original data entry screen where you first entered it, and fix it there.  Example: Charitable Donation Date is fixed in Federal > Deductions and Credits > Charity.

It's a date for when a stock was acquired on 1099-B. I synced the forms from my brokerage, but for some reason that one date wasn't picked up during the sync. And now there's no way to proceed because when I manually enter the date and click "continue," it just loads and goes back to the same page like I never put in the date.
