I tried to re-install, but get a message that it is already installed. Non of the information I researched on my computer indicates that there is already another installed.
The problem started yesterday when I renamed the file that had the name misspelled, and then deleted the old file. I found the "prn.ini" file, but don't know what to do with it, or maybe that's why TT thinks I have the program already installed?? Please advise. Thank you.
@LenaH Thank you so much. My updates are all up to date, and I had already followed the "Troubleshoot..." steps without any luck. Then I tried going to the TT exe location after reading your instructions, and ran it as Administrator. For some unknown reason, it opened!!! Last Friday it was suggested that I run "File Indexing" which took awhile, and I hadn't tried anything else all weekend, so maybe that helped to clear whatever was going on?? Anyway, all is good for now. Thank you.
