Try going to "File" on the left side of the tool bar once logged into your Turbo Tax account and go through the prompts to enter your email address to print on your tax return. Be sure the email address you are using is a valid email address.
How to fix the email error
This does not work for me. Both the phone number and email are verified, and it keeps preventing me from filing.

You have to verify the email that you already have on file. Go to the bottom left hand corner, find "Intuit Account" and select it. Then go to "Sign-In and Security". Then you will see the option to verify your email address, or to enter your email. When you get the verification email, you need to follow the link and login again to resolve this issue.
